Any exchange or refund will be processed after our quality team has inspected the returned parcel (this may take 7-10 days).
Exchange Policy
- You can request exchanges within 7 days from the delivery date.
- The first exchange is complimentary; however, any additional exchanges will incur a handling fee of ₹200.
- Once the first exchange is completed, customers can only receive store credit if the quality or fit does not meet expectations after the exchange.
- If there are two unsuccessful pickup attempts, customers are required to send the product to the specified address at their own cost.
- Exchange requests will be handled once the returned item arrives at the warehouse (usually within 8-10 days), and the replacement will be sent out after verification.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- A handling fee of ₹200 will be deducted for all returns. For returns involving more than two items, a handling fee of ₹300 will apply.
- After two unsuccessful pickup attempts, customers must send the product to the designated address at their own expense.
- Refunds will be initiated once the product arrives at the warehouse and passes a quality inspection (typically within 8-10 working days).
- Refund Process
For Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed within 8-10 working days after verification. Prepaid order refunds are processed to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Customers will get a refund link to collect account information within 24 hours after pickup. Customers need to provide account details in order to get the refund.
General Guidelines
Items on clearance or heavily discounted are not eligible for returns or refunds.
To qualify for refunds or exchanges, items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
